 Wyatt brings experience since 1999 of assisting clients for their purchase, refinance, and building needs. Specialize in FHA, VA, USDA, Construction, Renovation, All In One, and Conventional mortgage lending. Wyatt joined NextMortgage in 2021 and serves as Regional Sales Manager of the Company's Bismarck, ND location. Prior to his current position, he served in a variety of leadership positions for a major national bank where he received many awards. He was awarded top selling manager in 2007, 2008, & 2009, award winner in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, & 2020 along with the top unit and volume producer in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, & 2019. Top 1% in the Nation for Mortgage Loan Originators in 2019 & 2020. In March 2016, Wyatt was named Top Loan Producer in North Dakota for volume and units from National Mortgage News. Wyatt is an affiliate member for the Board of Realtors and since 2015 a Homes for Heroes lending specialist. Wyatt has worked as a referee and coach for youth athletes to NCAA since 1994, as well as a local sponsor for wrestling clubs and the local speedway. Wyatt works closely with clients to ensure the overall customer experience is always at an elite level. Brenna was born in Fargo, North Dakota. While growing up, her family moved from North Dakota to Albuquerque, New Mexico and then up to Cadott, Wisconsin- All very different cultures! With most of her family still in Fargo, she would visit often and met her husband during one these visits! In 2011 she moved back to the Fargo area and decided to become a Massage Therapist. After a 10-year career as a Licensed Massage Therapist, she decided that it was finally time to jump into the career that she had always thought was just a dream!
